Domain disabled and hold

Hello,

I'm using Dynadot from a year i never had any problem in past, 3 days back i got a message as disabled my domain on violation of Service Agreement (Part 1, Section 7).

However i never hosted any phishing or malicious pages or hacking page, my domain is my life please don't take it away from me , i worked years to get here

I'm waiting for a reply from 3 days no one ever responded to me
in case i violated any of your rule i'm ready to rectify and co-operate with you
