How to access mailbox remotely

I'm new to Dynadot web hosting. Through my site domain, I've created several mailboxes, which work fine at home through Outlook.

How do I access these mailboxes from work (e.g. Webmail, etc.). When I log into my Dynadot account and go to "mailboxes" under my domain, I can see the mailboxes listed. It even shows the number of unread emails in each of them. But when I click the mailbox to open & read them, it says there are no messages.

Help! What am I doing wrong?

By the way, I haven't created mailbox USERS, just mailboxes (which work fine at home). Does that matter?
