New Domain Name Still Not Found

I registered a domain name yesterday and it wont show up. I talked to my hosting company and they said that it can take up to 48 hours for domain names to propagate but usually it at least shows a parked page. I did change my nameservers but I know I did it right because I have done this many times.

I get this message when I put in my url (domain name removed for privacy purposes)

This site can’t be reached

The webpage at http://mydomain.com/ might be temporarily down or it may have moved permanently to a new web address.
