Domain Problem

Greetings,

I'm using another web host and they seem to do well except after awhile, my domain didn't work anymore even though it was on their nameservers. The Owner doesn't know what happened and he's been tryying to help. My Domain was registered by Dietzel1, and now I'm transfering it ti Dynadot. Except, I noticed that one of my subdomains work, and I'm thinking what in the... What do you guys think is happening?

We're not sure why your domain would stop working all of the sudden. It could be a caching issue, but that only happens if any name server changes were recently made.
