prepay process too long

hello,

i have add funds for prepay payment process since about 2 days ago, i lost my first vericafication code due to voice call issue, i have replied the email from your customer support, but until now the adding fund for prepay process still on progress

please give me solutions, if you would not approve the prepay domains, please refund my payment. don't waste my times to wait this process.

The phone authorization may not work with automated phone directories or call screening services.  If you cannot complete the phone authorization, please call us at 1-866-262-3399 (1-650-262-0100) for manual verification.
