My API calls have run successfully for months, but have recently hit the skids without any modification to my code. I can't say exactly when this started, because I deleted my logs, not knowing there was an issue.
Each API call used to take seconds, but now each takes about 3 minutes 10ish seconds, then returns an error, but doesn't give an error code like it used to (for example: "ok,system_busy"). It returns "error", but nothing after it.
I know it's not my script, because I ran the API call by itself and the result was the same.
Has anyone else experienced this? Kindly respond, if so. I have a ticket into Dynadot, so hopefully they have a chance to get back to me tomorrow, as I continue to miss out on domains.
Problem solved. My host was hacked a while back and they must have put me on a different server, thus changing my IP address. Thanks to Dynadot staff for reminding me to check the API whitelist IPs.
