I have given all of my information correctly. I have the same phone number and verified it. My Email is the same for one year. I have usen my debit card, I have answered the secret question. They are trying to steal my domains. Now they ask me my ID and I don't trust them to give my ID, it is crazy. Godaddy, Porkbun, Namecheap, none of them did it to us.
They don't care client satisfactory, I already lost my domain because they did not remind me to buy it.
In the morning they told me my account is verified.
Now they blocked my IP and I even can't contact customer support.
I am regretted to use Dynadot. Their brand is a nighmare for me now.
It is the 2020s and they are doing business like we are in 1980s, they don't care reputation, customer satisfaction, anything.
