I do hosting for IDNs. I have a very well connected server in Amsterdam that has currently been running for 158 days without a reboot. Before that, it was running for about 240 days without a reboot.

$10 a month, unlimited domains, PHP included. No database or file hosting in this plan, discuss if needed. File access with SFTP (Filezilla is a good SFTP client for Windows).
