Compro un dominio a una persona, solicito la transferencia desde mi cuenta de Dynadot y el email que aparece en el whois del dominio está obsoleto, por lo que el propietario del dominio no puede verificar la transferencia. Seguidamente el propietario del dominio actualiza el correo del whois, pero desde mi cuenta de Dynadot no se actualiza el email del whois del dominio, sino que me sigue apareciendo el anterior.
Selecciono el "I have changued the whois email address" y me da error:
"Transfer Auth/Email Error Could not parse Whois for this domain. Please try again later, or contact customer support."
Solicito ayuda por favor para poder transferir el dominio a mi cuenta de Dynadot
