New domain not working

I have purchased a new domain name "chymeproductions.com" and I have set the nameservers to those of my host. It has been a week already and the domain still does not work. When I do an IP lookup I get:" Name Server Misconfigured - One or more name servers for this domain is not returning an IP address. Please contact the admin for the name server. "

However I know this is not true as the name servers work for my other domains. Could anyone help me or tell me what to do?

You'll need to contact your web host to address an issue like this. Hosts often use the same name servers to server multiple domains, but if your domain is not on their list for those name servers, it will not work for you.
