DNS Issues upon moving servers
8/7/2013 03:09
Hi,

I've edited my IPs. My nameservers are registered with dynadot.

My VPS provider says this...

--------------------------------------------

It is problem with your DNS servers. When I am trying to acess http://185.9.49.131, I see following message: "This Account Has Been Suspended. Please contact the billing/support department as soon as possible."
Please check your DNS service, we are not able to manage it.

ab@linux-w8oa:~> host ns1.themonkeypc.com
ns1.themonkeypc.com has address 185.9.49.131

---------------------------------------------

The account isn't suspended on the new server. Could it be to to with domain being locked? I have checked and double checked and I edited the nameservers correctly but nothing will work.

Please assist!

Thank you,

I see the same error when visiting http://185.9.49.131.  Whatever hosting account you have located at that IP is not working.  I'm afraid that is not something we can address for you.  It would not have anything to do with your domain being locked or your Dynadot settings.  I'm surprised your web host was not able to tell you why the account is suspended.  Perhaps you can check with them again.
