Not receiving password emails.

I don't know if it's locked or what.

Cpanel username should be 'gdusa'. I've tried to reset the password multiple times and no reset emails have arrived. Email account is definitely working.

cPanel will only send the password reset emails to the address associated with your cPanel account. It looks like this differs from the address on file with us, in your case. Please email us to let us know which address or addresses you've been checking. While we can't tell you outright which one appears, we can confirm if you've guessed correctly.
