No, you wouldn't be able to create multiple subdomains from within the Email (Basic) Hosting plan. You can, however, move your settings over to DNS in which will allow you to create subdomains.
You would need to create an A record to point to the Email Hosting IP address (166.88.19.12) and then also set the MX record to point to the email server (webhost.dynadot.com).
