i am not sure if this is the right place to ask but i am buying a domain from someone who lives in the UK (i live in the us).  When he trys to push the domain to me, it says that i have to sign in to my account and set my us app and us nexus setting

how do i do this?

he is probably trying to push a .us domain to your account
do this, login to your account then go here
https://www.dynadot.com/account/domain/setting/us_domains.html
and have those settings fixed, theres help links in the labels beside the settings explaining which is which
