For domain transfers, we automatically set the domain's name servers to the ones listed in the Whois.  You do not need to add anything to your account.

I have just started the transfer of my domain to Dynadot- waiting for it to be completed. I host my site somewhere else. What do I need to do for the nameservers? Do I add the info that i have from the company my site is HOSTED on? thanks

raph's answer appears to be correct.  Steps on changing your name servers can also be found in our FAQ:

When you look at the list of domains in your account, each domain should have the current name servers beside it, or "Dynadot Parking" or similar. Just click that, and it will take you to a page where you can select new name servers for the domain. You can also add or register new name servers here.
