Hi!

I have problems with unlocking my domain to start transfer to Russian registrant, cos i am from Russia.

I bought domain at Sedo and when they transfered domain to dynodot - they put different registration information.

And when i tried to unlock my domain - i failed info and now everything is locked even much more.

So i can not reset my birthday date, and i can not reset secret answers.

But now i know exect info about birth date and secret answer - cos Sedo administrator gave it to me.

I wrote an e-mail to accounts@dynadot.com with my goverment-issued Russian ID and registrant information, but nobody responds.


Could you please help me to unlock my domain?

We just got your ID today, but the managers are not in on account of the holiday.  You should hear back on this tomorrow.
