Issues with french characters displaying

Hi,

My web site can not display french special characters.My web files are in php and i have a database.Here is the sample of the issue :

Which domain name are you referring to? I have a guess, but I just want to make sure.

I went to the website I think you are talking about and it appears fine in my browser.

Character encoding is more often a browser issue than one with your server.
