I am using the token app on the phone to unlock but they need my numeric details of my account. What and where can I find that?

I tried using the Dynadot Token app on my Android 4.4.2, Nexus 5 phone.
I put in the serial number, generated the token, and enabled Token for my account…

… at which point the Token app promptly forgot the serial number.  PLEASE FIX THAT.

If you don't know how to write Android apps, please use something solid like Google Authenticator.

Now, at this point, I'll be filing a "lost my cellphone" request, since I've no other way to unlock my account.
I've deleted the Token app, since it's worthless.

Your serial number is needed to use the token app.  It should be collected and recorded before the token setting is enabled.  The help file below will walk you through it.
