I own a web development studio and I have clients that I host sites for. Is it possible to set up Sub-Client account on my Advanced Hosting this way I can easily manage my site and my clients websites using different FTP accounts?

No,  the resources are allotted to the account as a whole and would be shared amongst all domains and FTP accounts.

With the multiple FTP accounts, can I assign each of them difference Max Disk Space and Banwidth usage?

cPanel has discussed this issue in the past,  but I do not believe it's been implemented yet- http://forums.cpanel.net/f5/would-you-want-ability-have-sub-cpanel-account-users-70808.html

It is definitely possible to have multiple FTP accounts if that's all you need.
