2 Questions about domain transfers

1. Can I transfer a domain name purchased in Dynadot less than 60 days old to another Dynadot or different registry member? If so, how.
2. Is there a way to point my name servers to transfer a domain name less than 60 days old from GoDaddy to a Dynadot buyer?

1. The registry has a 60-day lock for transfer of new registrations. You will need to wait till 60 days after the registration date to initiate the transfer following the following instructions:

2. I am not really clear about the question. Do you mean to set third party name servers for new domains? That's no problem. You could set it up following these steps:
